Cumulative fixes for reported issues.

Fixes:

• Document Generation Wizard. Series dropdown was disabled when selecting A/R Invoice option.
• Document Generation Wizard. Fixed error when BillTo and ShipTo address Code are equal in Sales Document. Avatax was pulling the BillTo Address as ShipTo.
• WebUI. A/R Reserve Invoice option was missing from automatic jobs.

Add-on Settings. Use ItemMaster UDF as ItemCode

Enable using an User Defined Field value as Item Code for sending to Avatax.
